By using Faxio (a service of Bear Labs LLC) you agree to these terms.

The service

Faxio transmits documents you upload to fax numbers you specify. We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver every fax, but delivery ultimately depends on the receiving line. Failed faxes are retried automatically where possible; credits for failed faxes are not consumed.

Acceptable use

You may not use Faxio for unlawful content, junk faxing / unsolicited advertising, harassment, or any activity that violates the laws of the destination country. We may suspend devices that abuse the service.

Payments

Web fax credits are one-time purchases, consumed per successfully transmitted fax. Credits do not expire, and buying them does not create a subscription, a trial, or any recurring charge — you are only charged again if you buy again.

The optional Faxio Unlimited plan ($14.99/month) is the only recurring charge we offer on the web, and it starts only when you explicitly subscribe. It renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page linked on the send screen; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial months. App subscriptions are separate and are managed through the app store they were purchased on.

Liability

Faxio is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
