Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to send one fax with Faxio?
$2.99 for one fax of up to 10 pages, paid once by card. There is no account, no subscription and no recurring charge.
Do Faxio credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, and buying them never starts a subscription.
What happens if my fax fails?
Busy lines are retried automatically. If the fax still can't be delivered, the credit is returned to your balance, so a failed fax costs nothing.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refunded in full if you email [email protected] within 30 days of buying them. If you used some, the unused portion is refunded.
When is Faxio Unlimited worth it?
$14.99 a month is the price of five single faxes, or about nine faxes from the 15-pack. If you would otherwise send more than nine faxes a month, Unlimited is cheaper; below that, credits are.
Which countries can I fax to?
From the web: the United States and Canada, plus the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia, Japan and Turkey. The price is the same for every destination.
